How much dividend will Grupa Azoty pay?
A decision on payment of dividend and its amount will be made by the Annual General Meeting. Notice of the Meeting will be published by the Company in a separate current report. For information on General Meetings, see http://tarnow.grupaazoty.com/en/relacje/walne

A resolution on dividend payment has not yet been adopted by the Management Board. Any decisions on dividend payment will be made in line with the corporate strategy and with consideration given to a range of factors concerning the Company and the Azoty Group, including prospects for their further operations and earnings, cash requirement, financial standing, expansion plans and related legal requirements.

When do you intend to publish the annual report?
Pursuant to § 103  point 1 of The Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19th February 2009 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state,  the Company submits a current report with publication dates of interim reports by the end of the first month of the financial year. 

The current publication dates of interim reports are available in the calendar of key events on the website of Azoty Tarnów. All changes to publication dates are submitted by the Company in current reports. 
Does the Company plan to conduct a chat with the Chairman of the Management Board? If so, when?
In case of a decision about a meeting giving the opportunity to ask questions to representatives of the Management Board of Azoty Tarnów in real-time, for example in the form of a chat, we will keep you informed via the website of Azoty Tarnów http://tarnow.grupaazoty.com/en/main, by mailing and through the newsletter, which you can subscribe via our website.
Are financial data available on the Company's website in a file for editing which I can download to my computer?

Do you intend to announce the public tender offer for the remaining shares in ZA Puławy? If so, when will this take place and what will be the exchange ratio?
According to the Act on Public Offering, due to exceeding  the 66% threshold of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Zakłady Azotowe „Puławy” S.A. through non-cash contribution, Azoty Tarnów is obliged to announce the public tender offer to subscribe for the sale or exchange of all remaining shares in the company within three months from the day on which this threshold has been exceeded. The share price proposed in the public tender offer will be established in accordance with the Act on Public Offering. The Management Board of Azoty Tarnów will inform about any details of the public tender offer as well as its terms and conditions after taking the appropriate corporate decisions in the manner provided for in the regulations of the capital market.

Do you hold open meetings/presentations, meetings with the Management Board or one-on-one meetings?
We make every effort to facilitate communication between Grupa Azoty and capital market participants. To this end, Grupa Azoty holds conferences after publishing its periodic reports which present and discuss the financial performance of the Company and the Group, publishes presentations on its website and summarises its results on Twitter. Grupa Azoty representatives also meet investors at one-on-one meetings and roadshows, and take part in conferences and meetings organised by capital market institutions.

Since its IPO, Grupa Azoty holds annual meetings with retail investors during the Wall Street conference organised by the Association of Individual Investors, as agreed by the Management Board. Retail investors can also communicate with the Management Board at online chat sessions, which we make sure to hold regularly and which are becoming increasingly popular with our shareholders.

In addition, our Investor Relations Team is ready to respond to phone and email queries. Information on particularly important events is delivered to the shareholders in newsletters.

Are you planning to publish financial performance forecasts for the following year?
According to the rules adopted by the Management Board, Grupa Azoty S.A. does not release financial performance forecasts.

What are the supply sources of feedstocks and materials? What are the types and quantities (in tonnes per annum) of feedstocks and materials used? What are the types and quantities of recycled feedstocks and materials used? How much energy and water is used? What types of energy are used?

All information on feedstocks and materials, types thereof, as well as supply sources is available in periodic and environmental impact reports published by the Company. The most recent data is included in the 2013 annual report published on March 21st 2014. The relevant information is included in the Directors' Report on the operations of the Grupa Azoty Group (in particular the section “Sources of strategic raw materials” on page 31) and in the Directors' Report on the operations of Grupa Azoty S.A. for 2013 (in particular the section “Feedstock and materials” on page 22). We also encourage you to read the Grupa Azoty Group's environmental impact report for 2012, and to visit our website, where a report covering environmental issues for 2013 will be available soon. Summary information on feedstocks and materials is also included in presentations which are periodically available on our website.
