The Annual General Meeting of Grupa Azoty S.A. was held in Tarnów, Poland, on Thursday, June 27th, 2024.

The Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. announces that on June 27th, 2024, pursuant to resolutions of the Annual General Meeting, the following persons were appointed as Members of the Company's Supervisory Board for the 12th joint term of office:

The Grupa Azoty Group is advancing its portfolio of certified plastics, all  linked to certified raw materials, using the mass balance approach. The fourth quarter of 2023 saw the Company commence the production and successfully complete the inaugural sale of certified polyamide 6 under the ISCC PLUS scheme. This voluntary scheme is dedicated to promoting bioeconomy and circularity across various sectors of the industry, including plastics. The move towards a portfolio of certified products has been facilitated by the ISCC PLUS certification, which the Company obtained in 2022. These efforts address the challenges identified in the Grupa Azoty Group’s Green Strategy.

On 19 February 2024, the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. changed the composition of Grupa Azoty S.A.’s Management Board. It passed a resolution to delegate Krzysztof Kołodziejczyk, Member of the Grupa Azoty S.A. Supervisory Board, to perform the duties of President of the Management Board. The new Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. presents the most important challenges and goals to be met.

At its meeting held on 19 February 2024, the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. made changes to the composition of the Company’s Management Board.

On February 14, 2024, Mr. Dariusz Smoliński resigned from the Supervisory Board and from his role as a Vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A.
