The Annual General Meeting of Grupa Azoty S.A. was held on June 29th 2022.
As part of the collaboration, Grupa Azoty S.A. has become the Main Partner of ZKS Unia Tarnów for the coming year. Under the agreement, the Company will sponsor a seniors team and a football academy club that provide training to 350 participants aged between 3 and 18.
Another edition of the Grupa Azoty Brand Ambassador programme, in which Ambassadors engaged by the Group represented it at their respective universities, has just come to an end. In the course of the year-long programme, six Ambassadors selected by the largest Group Companies helped the Group organise various brand promotion and information events for the academic community.
On June 21st to June 23rd, the Intercontinental hotel in Warsaw will play host to Argus Fertilizer East Europe, one of the largest fertilizer and chemical conferences in Central and Eastern Europe. Grupa Azoty’s management personnel and agronomy managers will play a key role in the event that brings together representatives of the largest fertilizer and chemical producers in our region. On the first day of the conference, participants will have the opportunity to visit production plants of a Grupa Azoty Group company, Grupa Azoty Puławy.
Grupa Azoty has signed an agreement with Polskie Centrum Badań i Certyfikacji S.A. (PCBC) concerning assessment of conformity of EU fertilising products and supervision over the system ensuring quality of production at the Group companies manufacturing fertilizers. PCBC is the Polish notified body to assess the conformity of fertilising products under Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 on EU fertilising products.
A meeting held at Grupa Azoty head office provided an opportunity to summarise what Grupa Azoty ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle has accomplished this year: another victory in the Champions League Volley, the Polish Champion title and another Polish Cup. During the event, the players showcased their Champions League Cup and presented Grupa Azoty chief with a signed commemorative jersey.
