Grupa Azoty supports Territorial Defence Force
As part of its support for the uniformed services protecting Poland’s security and sovereignty on a daily basis, Grupa Azoty has donated equipment for the Territorial Defence Force, including specialist binoculars with laser protection filters and everyday items like thermos flasks and power banks. Grupa Azoty is actively engaged in the support project initiated by Deputy Prime Minister Jacek Sasin and coordinated by the Ministry of State Assets.

Grupa Azoty provides support to Paderewski Centre in Kąśna Dolna
Grupa Azoty has signed an agreement whereunder it has been become Strategic Partner and Patron of the Paderewski Centre. During the year-long parthership Grupa Azoty will also be Patron of the Centre’s Concert Hall. Other promotional and advertising activities will include displaying the Group’s logo during concerts, conferences and other events.

Grupa Azoty posts solid results despite record-high feedstock costs
Consolidated revenue for the third quarter of 2021 was PLN 3,882m, up PLN 1,466m year on year. EBITDA came in at PLN 300m (up PLN 50m year on year). However, comparable EBITDA adjusted for one-off items comprising sectoral compensation payments and the government anti-crisis shield scheme was PLN 130m higher year on year in the third quarter of 2021. EBITDA margin was 7.7%.

Green Paper for CCS development in Poland
On November 2nd 2021, LOTOS Petrobaltic and its partners Grupa LOTOS and Grupa Azoty presented a set of recommendations on legislative changes that would enable the deployment in Poland of large-scale commercial carbon capture and storage (CCS) projects. The document was also submitted to the Ministry of Climate and Environment, which launched related public consultation on October 25th 2021.

Fertilizer market achieving stability
A press conference devoted to the situation on the fertilizer market was held Thursday at the Ministry of State Assets. The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of State Assets Karol Rabenda and the President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. Thomas Hinc.
