The second round of elections of the employee representative on the Grupa Azoty Management Board of the 10th term of office was held on February 12th−23rd 2015. Employees elected Mr Artur Kopeć as their Board representative, with 51.01% of votes cast in his favour by eligible voters.

At its meeting held on February 26th 2015, the Supervisory Board passed a resolution to appoint Mr Kopeć as Member of the Company’s Management Board. The Supervisory Board validated the elections held on January 27th−February 11th 2015 and February 13th−23rd 2015 to elect an employee representative to the Company’s Management Board, and confirmed the election of Mr Artur Kopeć as Member of the Company’s Management Board of the 10th term of office.

Artur Kopeć graduated from the Chemical Faculty of the Wrocław University of Technology. He also completed a course in management organised by Rudzka Agencja Rozwoju and Training Partners, as well as a postgraduate course in entrepreneurship run jointly by the Cracow University of Economics and Cracow School of Business. He has worked for Grupa Azoty since 2003. From February 17th 2012, he served as a member of the Grupa Azoty Management Board responsible for social dialogue, plant safety, and environmental protection.
