EBITDA result is 473 million PLN with 314 million PLN in the equivalent period of the previous year. The sale revenues totalled 3.81 billion PLN and are higher by 1.85 billion PLN  as compared to the first half of 2011.  

Excellent results are the effect of the consolidation with Z.Ch. “Police” S.A. through the entire first half of 2012. It was reflected by the increase of both the activities’ scope and the product range of Azoty Tarnów Group which is best shown by the revenues in the operating segments. Thebiggest share in the income was in the segment of Fertilizers. The growth dynamics of revenues was also the result of factors in the price, supported by the quantity factors. 

In the first half of 2012 Azoty Tarnów Group struggled with the increase in the prices of the rawmaterials, including the price of gas by nearly 16%.
