On November 24th 2023 , Andrzej Niewiński resigned from his role as a member and President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A.Mr Niewiński has been involved with the Company since 2016, holding the position of President of its Management Board. Personal reasons were cited as the reason for the resignation.
The Management Board of the Company announces that the Supervisory Board of the Company, at its meeting on November 24th 2023, delegated Wojciech Blew to assume the responsibilities of the President of the Company’s Management Board. Mr Blew previously held the position of Vice President of the Company’s Management Board.
Furthermore, the Supervisory Board of the Company, at its meeting on November 24th 2023, passed a resolution to appoint Marek Wadowski as Vice President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. Mr Wadowski concurrently serves as Vice President of Grupa Azoty S.A.
