During the session on March 13, 2024, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Grupa Azoty S.A. did not pass a resolution regarding Solarfarm Brzezinka. The failure to pass the resolution by the Extraordinary General Meeting was preceded by a negative recommendation from the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. concerning the acquisition of 100% shares in Solarfarm Brzezinka.
One of the key goals for Grupa Azoty remains the decarbonization of our production. In the near future, we will make decisions about specific projects that should be implemented to move the energy transition from the planning phase to realization as quickly as possible. Our interests include projects in the field of renewable energy, said Krzysztof Kołodziejczyk, Member of the Supervisory Board, acting President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A.
