The purpose of the RESPECT project is to highlight companies managed in a responsible and sustainable manner, positioning their stocks as attractive investments.

To be included in the Index, candidates must first undergo a three-stage review process, which comprises a detailed audit carried out at their offices. For Grupa Azoty S.A., this was the second edition in which the process covered not only the parent, but the Grupa Azoty Group's four major companies – Grupa Azoty S.A., Grupa Azoty Zakłady Azotowe Puławy S.A., Grupa Azoty Zakłady Chemiczne Police S.A., and Grupa Azoty Zakłady Azotowe Kędzierzyn S.A. 

The inclusion of Grupa Azoty in the RESPECT Index is a testament to its high standards and responsible approach to management.
