In more than 20 years, the Teraz Polska Badge of Quality has become a brand in itself. Its market power and high recognition help to maximise the competitive advantage and commercial success of the award winners. The prestige of the awards is underpinned by transparent competition rules, as well as objective, competent and independent experts and judges, and the fact that the competition is held under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Poland. As many as 590 winners have been awarded in the competition so far.

Consumer surveys show that the Teraz Polska Badge of Quality effectively strengthens the brand and image of the award winners. Nearly 80% of respondents know that the Teraz Polska Badge of Quality is a recognised symbol of quality for products and services offered on the Polish market, confirmed by the Teraz Polska Foundation’s experts. For more than 65% of respondents, the award is an important criterion in making their purchasing decisions.

The award crowns the immense effort our teams in Puławy, Kędzierzyn and Police have put into the production, logistics and sales of the line, and it also creates new business opportunities”, said Hubert Kamola, Chief Commercial Officer at the Grupa Azoty Group.

The effective reduction of toxic nitric oxide emissions is possible by applying a suite of urea and ammonia solutions, offered under the name ‘EFEKT RedNOx’, which is designed to limit the emission of harmful substances.

The RedNOx® line, comprising NOXy® (a 32.5% urea solution), PULNOx® (40% and 45% urea solutions), and LIKAM® (ammonia water), is the Grupa Azoty Group’s response to market needs in the area of air protection.

The products are used as nitric oxide reducing agents in flue gas treatment technologies applied by entities that come within the scope of applicable environmental protection regulations.

Besides Grupa Azoty Puławy, which entered RedNOx® for the competition, the line is also marketed by two other urea producers belonging to the Grupa Azoty Group, namely Grupa Azoty Kędzierzyn and Grupa Azoty Police. All three companies have manufacturing and logistics capabilities enabling them to not only sell the products to customers, but also to fully guarantee their availability, high quality and security of supplies.
