Following the announcement on February 27, 2024, regarding the initiation of a qualification process for positions on the Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A., the Supervisory Board informs that in the qualification process aimed at appointing 6 members of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A., 73 candidate applications were submitted by the deadline, March 14, 2024, at 12:00 PM.
The applications are currently being reviewed by the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. Qualification interviews will be held from March 18 to 19, 2024.
