Notice concerning the Annual General Meeting

On June 18th 2015, the Annual General Meeting of Grupa Azoty S.A. passed resolutions approving:- Directors’ Report on the Company’s operations in the financial year 2014,- Company’s financial statements for the financial year 2014,- Group’s consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2014, and- Directors’ Report on the Group’s operations in the financial year 2014.

The members of the Company’s Management and Supervisory Boards were granted discharge in respect of performance of their duties in 2014.

The entire consolidated profit for 2014, of PLN 214,633,409.39, was transferred to statutory reserve funds.
