The persons removed from the Supervisory Board of the 9th term of office were Monika Kacprzyk-Wojdyga, Chairperson of the Supervisory Board, and Marek Mroczkowski, Jacek Obłękowski and Ryszard Trepczyński, Members of the Supervisory Board.

The following persons were appointed to the Supervisory Board of the 9th term of office: Przemysław Lis as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Maciej Baranowski, Tomasz Karusewicz and Bartłomiej Litwińczuk as Members of the Supervisory Board.

Previously appointed persons that remain on the Supervisory Board are Artur Kucharski and employee-elected Members: Robert Kapka, Tomasz Klikowicz and Zbigniew Paprocki.
