The project "Polimery Police" at its halfway point

50% of material progress was achieved by the largest investment of the Polish chemical industry - the "Polimery Police" project, taking into account orders, design, construction and transport, including the supply of devices and apparatuses. Ths ones, from January 17, successively reach the construction site, incl. propane-propylene splitter weighing 889 tons and propylene tanks, 110kV transformers necessary for the operation of the future power system, propylene production reactors.

Currently, on the construction site, blending silos, which were previously prefabricated on the construction site, are placed on the foundations. These are the key devices of the PP Installation, in which the final product - polypropylene will be stabilized.

Engineering work, including design, is reaching completion. Currently, the implementation level is estimated at 99.7%. In the area of ​​deliveries, the project is at 70% advancement. The construction of the entire "Polimery Police" complex reached the level of 32% (current data for March 15, 2021).

In the area of ​​the transhipment and storage terminal, assembly works of the outer jacket of two propane tanks and an ethylene tank, as well as supporting structures and roofing of propane tanks are being finalized. After completing the construction of the outer shell, HEC will begin the roof lifting operation and begin assembling the internal tanks. Works related to the deepening of the part of the fairway falling within the scope of the "Polimery Police" project are also carried out.
