The overriding goals of Fertilizers Europe are education and analysis of challenges associated with the production and use of fertilizers. In its activities, the association puts a strong focus on education related to the use of fertilizers in agricultural production.

Europe is an important market for the Grupa Azoty Group. Hence the importance we attach to our membership of industry organisations with a pan-European reach, such as Fertilizers Europe. Our membership of Fertilizers Europe and the active service on its Board allow us to keep abreast of and influence current developments in the European fertilizer industry, both in the context of efficient production, new regulations and innovation,’ said Tomasz Hinc, President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A.

Thank you for your trust and reappointing me as Vice President of Fertilizers Europe for another term. This is a great honour and motivation for me to work even harder towards further growth of Grupa Azoty and the entire European fertilizer industry,’ said dr Grzegorz Kądzielawski, Vice President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. and Vice President of Fertilizers Europe.

Dr Grzegorz Kądzielawski is Vice President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. responsible for research and development and investments. Mr. Kądzielawski is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and holds a Doctor of Laws degree. He has served as a public administration officer, including at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, and has worked for such industrial companies as Zakłady Górniczo–Metalowe Zębiec, H. Cegielski Poznań, and ARP E-Vehicles. He is a fellow of Stowarzyszenie Inżynierów i Techników Przemysłu Chemicznego (Polish Association of Chemical Engineers). He is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A.
