Members appointed for Grupa Azoty S.A. Supervisory Board's twelfth term

The Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. announced that on June 27, the Ordinary General Meeting appointed the following individuals to the Supervisory Board for the twelfth joint term: Mr. Artur Kucharski – Chairman Mr. Robert Bednarski, Mr. Piotr Marciniak, Mr. Artur Rzempała, Mr. Mirosław Sobczyk, Mr. Robert Kapka – elected by the employees of the Company, Mr. Tomasz Klikowicz – elected by the employees of the Company, Mr. Roman Romaniszyn – elected by the employees of the Company.
