The Management Board manages the Company's operation and represents it in all judicial and non-judicial activities. The Management Board’s authority includes all issues pertaining to the management of Grupa Azoty S.A.'s activities, which have not been delegated by law or statutory clauses to the authority of the Company's remaining governing bodies. The Management Board acts in accordance with the law, particularly with regard to the Polish Commercial Companies Code, Articles of Association and Regulations of the Management Board. The Regulations of the Management Board are passed by the Management Board and approved by the Supervisory Board.
