He has been one of the architects of landmark strategic and transformation projects, including at PKP Intercity (implementation of the Pendolino programme), LOT Polish Airlines (corporate growth strategy), Qatar Airways (premium segment service strategy), Ukrainian Railways (commercial and customer experience strategy), Fiege GmbH, and Adamed Pharma S.A.
In recent years, as both a leader and investor in Venture Capital funds, he has successfully built high-performing, engaged teams, established durable stakeholder relationships, and supported innovative business and social ventures. He has an impressive track record of delivering complex, cross-organisational projects across multiple industries, with a combined value of EUR 12–18 billion.
He holds a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing – Strategic Management from the Warsaw School of Economics. He completed postgraduate studies in Sustainable Business Models in an Economy Delivering UN ESG Goals at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School – Executive Education. He is currently completing a Master’s degree in Applied Social Psychology at SWPS University.

Małgorzata Królak is an accomplished industrial and energy executive with a proven track record in leading large-scale capital projects, operational turnarounds, and strategic transformations across Europe. She combines financial discipline with a strong engineering foundation, specializing in value creation in CAPEX-intensive industrial assets and complex investment programs.
Before her appointment as President & CEO of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A., she led international operations in the renewable and industrial energy sectors, including strategic partnerships with global industrial clients and the rollout of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) investments.
Between 2023 and 2025, as a President of the Management Board/General Manager, she built and scaled Quanta Energy’s operations in Italy, expanding the company’s portfolio into large-scale BESS projects and developing an innovative solar-as-a-service model for industrial clients.
From 2018 to 2022, she served as Executive Director for Program and Business Development at Electromobility Poland S.A., where she developed key industrial partnerships and prepared the execution phase of Poland’s first electric vehicle manufacturing project.
Between 2016 and 2018, as Vice President for Strategy and Operations at Cersanit Group, she implemented a comprehensive value-enhancement and operational-efficiency program across the Group’s European manufacturing portfolio.
From 2013 to 2016, she was Executive Director for Development and Technology at ORLEN Group, responsible for the preparation of major refinery and petrochemical investments and for building the company’s R&D capabilities.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Roland Berger in the Oil & Gas Competence Center, advising European energy and industrial clients on growth and restructuring strategies.
She holds degrees in Management and Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics, and postgraduate degrees in Chemical and Process Engineering as well as Gas Turbines and Combined Cycle Systems from the Warsaw University of Technology. She also completed executive programs in Strategic Negotiation at Harvard Law School (Cambridge, MA).

Economist and civil servant with over 20 years of professional experience, including 10 years as an internal auditor. She also has 11 years of experience in serving on supervisory boards of companies with direct or indirect participation of the State Treasury. Previously, she served on supervisory boards of, among others, Polska Grupa Lotnicza S.A., ElectroMobility Poland S.A., Chemobudowa Kraków S.A., H. CEGIELSKI Poznań S.A., Lotos Air BP Sp. z o.o.
She is currently working at the Ministry of State Assets, where, as Deputy Director of the Development Instruments Department, she is responsible, inter alia, for the implementation of processes of recapitalisation of companies from the funds of special purpose funds and for monitoring the course of investments co-financed by the funds. Previously, she was employed at the Ministry of Treasury in the area of corporate governance and restructuring and state aid, and then at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, where she headed an analytical team responsible for, inter alia, monitoring strategic investment projects.
She graduated from the Poznań University of Economics with a degree in finance and banking.

Artur Chołody, PhD holds a doctorate in economics and graduated in law from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He completed legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Poznań, passing the final examination and qualifying as a legal counsel. He also completed postgraduate MBA studies in Human Resources Management at Franklin University Ohio / WSB Poznań, as well as postgraduate programmes in Management Psychology, Non-Governmental Organisation Management, Internet Entrepreneurship, and Methodology of Economic Sciences.
For nearly 20 years he has been a partner in Wielkopolska Grupa Prawnicza sp.k., a law f irm specialising in public procurement and advisory services for companies bidding for international public contracts. Between 2024 and 2025 he served on the governing bodies of Alior Bank S.A. – initially as a member of the Supervisory Board and subsequently as acting President of the Management Board. His responsibilities included the management and oversight of sales in both the business and retail client segments, as well as supervision of the legal and compliance department. He has also served on the management boards of companies in the industrial sector, successfully leading the restructuring of Fabryka Narzędzi Specjalnych sp. z o.o., laying the foundations for the creation of a Polish corporate group in the tooling industry.
Artur Chołody, PhD has served on supervisory boards for around five years. He has overseen public entities, including as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Zarząd Komunalnych Zasobów Lokalowych sp. z o.o. in Poznań, and as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Zakład Energetyki Cieplnej sp. z o.o. in Ostrzeszów.

At Alchemia S.A., he worked as Director of Marketing and Strategic Clients, and in recent years, from 2019 to 2024, he served as President of the Management Board and Managing Director at European Steel Group Sp. z o.o.
