In order to ensure effective communication with its stakeholders, build awareness of the activities of Grupa Azoty S.A. and the Grupa Azoty Group, its targets and objectives, and the progress in achieving its economic goals, Grupa Azoty provides reliable information about the Company's and the Group's operations and decisions.

In its information and communication activities, Grupa  Azoty S.A. places the utmost priority on protecting and respecting the interests of its shareholders. The communication is based on the following principles: 

• EQUAL ACCESS: The same scope of information is provided by the Company to all investors on equal terms.
• RELIABILITY: All answers to investor inquiries are based on published financial data or a qualitative assessment, if the data has not been published in a current or periodic report. 
• TRANSPARENCY: The Company provides all the information required by law in its current and periodic reports.
• CREDIBILITY: The Company maintains reliable communication on all events affecting the stock price of Grupa Azoty S.A. (ATT), which includes personal participation of Management Board members in major conferences and meetings with investors and/or analysts.
• HIGH QUALITY: The Company’s employees make every effort to ensure the highest quality of the content of communications, but also of the forms of information delivery and its presentation. 
• COORDINATION: Investor communication is based on an annual plan forming part of an internally agreed comprehensive communication plan for the Company, and is conducted by the Investor Relations Team and the GA S.A. Group Spokesperson.

To ensure transparency and reliability, Grupa Azoty provides its current and future shareholders with a list of material reportable events, drawn up for application across the Grupa Azoty Group. The list is not exhaustive but, relying on best market practices, the Management Board believes that the events specified in the list are important elements of Grupa Azoty’s wider picture.
