The Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. announces that on July 7th 2016 it was notified by the State Treasury of the appointment of Mr Marek Grzelaczyk to the Company’s Supervisory Board of the 10th term, effective from July 5th 2016, pursuant to Art. 16.2 of the Company’s Articles of Association.
