Appointments to the Grupa Azoty Supervisory Board of the 10th term of office

The Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. announces that on July 5th 2016, pursuant to resolutions of the Company’s Annual General Meeting, the following persons were appointed as members to the Company’s Supervisory Board of the 10th joint term of office:
