Azoty Tarnów owns company in Guben

After fulfilling conditions precedent of the conditional agreement dated November 18, 2009, Zakłady Azotowe w Tarnowie-Mościcach S.A. became the owner of 100% shares in the German producer of polyamide 6 (PA6) in Guben.

The German company's General Assembly authorised the entry of the new owner's representative into its management and appointed a new Supervisory Board during deliberations on February 12, 2010 in Berlin.

The acquisition of one of the leading, non-integrate polyamide producers is an achievement of one of Azoty Tarnów's main share issue objectives.
