Further to Article 385 § 1 of Commercial Partnerships and Companies Code as well as Article 36 of the Articles of Association, the following Members of the Company’s Supervisory Board were appointed: Mr Tomasz Klikowicz, Mr Zbigniew Paprocki and Mr Robert Kapka, after the elections of the employees of Grupa Azoty S.A. The resolutions became effective upon the date of their adoption.
