1. The amount allotted for the dividend payment: 148,793,226 PLN2. The dividend value per share: 1.50 PLN.3. The dividend covers all shares in the Company, i.e. 99,195,484 shares 4. The dividend record date is 22nd April 2013.5. The date of 24th May 2013 will be the dividend payment day.
