Management Board’s recommendation on allocation of Company’s profit for 2015

The Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. on April 21st 2016 it passed a resolution to recommend to the Annual General Meeting that the 2015 net profit of PLN 209,054,968.10 be allocated in the following way:• PLN 83,324,206.56 for payment of dividend (PLN 0.84 per share),• PLN 125,730,761.54 to statutory reserve funds.

Pursuant to Art. 382.3 of the Commercial Companies Code, the Management Board is now to submit the recommendation for assessment by the Supervisory Board.
