On January 31, 2012, the Trading Floor of the Warsaw Stock Exchange hosted the announcement of the RESPECT Index's membership. It was 4th edition of the project which verifies companies with regard to fulfilment of the highest standards of responsible management among all companies listed on the WSE.

"This is a major success for the Company" – said Deputy President Andrzej Skolmowski, upon receipt of the certificate confirming Azoty Tarnów's membership in the RESPECT Index." – And even more so, considering that we have been a part of the Index since the very beginning and are receiving the certificate for the fourth time. This is irrefutable proof that Azoty Tarnów, since entering the WSE, have consistently maintained a high standard and are an attractive security."

RESPECT Index includes Polish companies from the WSE Main List which operate according to the highest management standards with regard to corporate governance, information governance and investor relations, as well as considering environmental, social and employment factors. Membership is restricted to companies who successfully undergo a three-stage audit conducted by the WSE, SEG and Deloitte. The index serves to identify companies which focus on sustainable development.
